The situation
Our client was an international biopharmaceutical company, whose German site urgently needed a talented biometrics specialist to aid them in an upcoming project submission.
Their German in-house talent team had minimal experience with contractor recruitment so they turned to Hobson Prior based on our previous success in delivering candidates for niche skillsets.
The role required the candidate to be hands-on to conduct quality checks, reprogram datasets and format submission files for the submission. Due to the urgency, the candidate would need to get started with systems with minimal onboarding.
