Hobson Prior is seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee the implementation of SAP S-4HANA systems, focusing on Finance and Supply Chain Management. In this role, you will coordinate teams, manage integrations, and ensure smooth transitions to operational support. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and technical expertise to deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP S-4HANA implementation projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and scope while collaborating with internal teams and external consultants.
• Oversee system integrations between SAP and other enterprise tools, ensuring seamless data flow and performance.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, track risks, and resolve issues effectively.
• Support change management efforts, including training and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure successful go-live transitions and ongoing operational support.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience managing IT projects, particularly SAP ERP implementations.
• Knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain processes within SAP systems.
• Familiarity with integrating SAP with other enterprise applications.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile-Scrum, or SAP S-4HANA modules.
• Experience in regulated industries such as life sciences or manufacturing is a plus.

Compensation:

• $110 to $129 per hour.
