Hobson Prior is seeking a Payroll Specialist to focus on managing payroll processes efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate is someone who can start immediately and work until the end of December. The position requires working on-site with a flexible workload between 80% to 100%.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle payroll processing and ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and reports.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams for seamless operations.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Proficiency in payroll systems and software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship.
