Hobson Prior is working alongside a leading biotech company who is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Burgess Hill. In this role, you will focus on providing excellent support and service to our clients and customers. We are looking for someone who can handle inquiries efficiently and contribute to our operations and commercial diagnostics.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide helpful information.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
