QC Lab Assistant

Hobson Prior are looking for a QC Lab Assistant to join a medical and pharmaceutical device company who are focused on developing, producing and marketing disinfectant and wound antiseptics for the global healthcare market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Incoming inspections of chemical raw materials.
• In-process controls of production approaches & finished products.
• Carrying out stability analyses.
• Validation of the test methods.
• Qualification of laboratory equipment.
• Implementation of analytical test methods, e.g. Pharm. Eur.

• Flexibility and readiness for varying working hours.
• Exact and systematic work is a matter of course.
• Teamwork, resilience and assertiveness.

Requirements:

• Completed training as a chemical laboratory technician or comparable training.
• Knowledge of instrumental analysis, such as HPLC, GC, FT-IR, UV-VIS.
• Experience with GMP, FDA and ISO standards.
• Good PC skills (MS Office). Knowledge of SAP and LIMS is an advantage.
• Very good spoken and written German and English skills.
