QC Materials Analyst

Hobson Prior is seeking a Quality Control Materials Analyst for a fixed term contract position. In this role, you will manage incoming materials and ensure they meet quality standards for manufacturing. You will support the Quality Control team in various tasks to maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

Responsibilities:

• Check incoming materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Oversee the inspection program to ensure materials are suitable for production.
• Conduct physical checks of raw materials and ensure proper storage conditions.
• Coordinate testing of incoming materials when needed.
• Keep accurate records of all materials and their status.
• Follow health, safety, and GMP procedures.
• Ensure the equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
• Report any issues or deviations from procedures.
• Plan tasks to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Support improvements in methods and technology.
• Ensure your work complies with GMP and documentation practices.
• Complete training and documentation tasks promptly.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with quality documentation and industry standards.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory guidelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
