Hobson Prior is seeking an Manufacturing Science and Technology Scientist to join our client's team. In this contract position, you will collaborate with our Analytical Science & Tech team to aid in the development and manufacturing of biotech product You will play a key role in solving analytical problems and improving processes, contributing to the delivery of innovative therapies.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in transferring analytical technologies between locations.
• Develop and refine testing methods for production processes.
• Conduct tests on samples to aid process development.
• Troubleshoot and enhance testing methods for quality control.
• Explore new testing technologies.
• Provide expertise for regulatory documents and inspections.
• Write detailed study protocols and reports.
• Share findings in meetings and forums.
• Train others on testing methods.
• Keep important documents and knowledge up-to-date.
• Monitor data trends to ensure method reliability.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology.
• Experience with cell-based and enzymatic assays.
• Familiarity with spectroscopic techniques.
• Ability to transfer and validate testing methods.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of managing multiple projects.
• Proficient in technical writing and data analysis.
• Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
