Hobson Prior is seeking a proactive QC Sample Management Specialist to join our client's quality control team for a 12 month contract based in Leiden, Netherlands. You will play a crucial role in managing samples and ensuring smooth operations within our quality control activities. This position involves coordinating sample testing, improving processes, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize samples, including receiving, storing, and documenting them.
- Work closely with other departments daily.
- Write procedures and support process improvements.
- Participate in or lead the implementation of sample management processes.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in life sciences, biotechnology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with industry guidelines and efficient work principles.
- Basic technical knowledge of systems like SAP and SharePoint is helpful.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and think critically.
- Fluent in English.
