Hobson Prior is seeking a Scientist for Early Product Development & Manufacturing to join our client's team. This contract role involves working in a pharmaceutical environment to help develop and manufacture drug products. You will be part of a team focused on creating innovative solutions and ensuring the quality and efficiency of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Work hands-on with manufacturing processes in a controlled environment.
• Ensure timely production of drug products according to plans.
• Follow regulatory guidelines and use IT systems to maintain compliance.
• Develop skills in process technologies and support product development and scaling.
• Assist with documentation, including writing reports and investigating deviations.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.
• Propose improvements to enhance productivity and reduce lead times.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in pharmacy or engineering, or relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and planning abilities.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in pharmaceutical development or manufacturing is beneficial.
• Interest in learning and operating complex equipment.
