Documentation Specialist (MES)

Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Documentation Specialist (MES) to join a fantastic pharmaceutical organisation on a contract basis. Our client is focused on developing remedies for people to prolong and enhance their wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will be responsible for assisting with development projects and adhering to deadlines.
• Handle the production and contribution to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Contribute to kick-off conferences, collaborate with process management, production as well as QA.
• You will process direction from shop floor personnel and ad hoc assistance.
• Generate and direct project and product-related reports such as MBR in WERUM PAS X, labels, production papers.
• Inspect batch-related reports such as implemented batch records for compliance with good documentation practice (GCP) as well as for data veracity.
• Rendering to guidelines, you will demand drug substance and excipients in call-off tool and SAP.
• The ideal candidate will formulate the production version and procedure order in SAP which involves bill of resources, recipe, etc.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a life science or engineering discipline or received 3-5 years of experience receiving coaching within a pharmaceutical industry.
• Comprehension of pharmaceutical production stages.
• Familiarity with GMP/Pharmaceutical production setting would be beneficial to the role, but not essential.
• Know-how of SAP and primary acquaintance with manufacturing implementation systems.
• Computer literacy.
• Fluency in the German language with knowledge in the English language.
• Able to think analytically as well as independently develop work packages.
• Work well in a team environment.
