Customer Services Advisor

Hobson Prior is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to join our team. This role involves supporting our account managers and sales teams, managing customer information, and ensuring excellent customer service. You'll be the first point of contact for client queries and will work closely with various teams to deliver customer projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist account managers and sales teams with new client onboarding and customer service.
• Handle all incoming client communications via email and phone.
• Enter and manage customer information.
• Collaborate with reception teams to schedule work according to client needs.
• Resolve client queries or coordinate with internal resources to solve problems.
• Create quotations for customers within approved authority level.
• Handle logistical queries when necessary.
• Manage subcontract laboratory services when needed.
• Coordinate with analytical teams to deliver customer projects.
• Generate customer receipts and reports.
• Assign costs and generate invoice information.
• Report client information within the team as required.
• Work with account managers as part of a continual improvement process.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional telephone manner and customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, and Word.
• Accurate data entry skills and high numeracy skills.
