Are you a dedicated manager looking for a new challenge in Business Development? Our client is seeking a forward-thinking individual who is passionate about building relationships!

Hobson Prior is seeking a motivated and results-driven Regional Business Development Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and support their product development and regulatory strategy needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing organization while working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals and grow the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients, acting as their main point of contact.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored proposals with support from internal teams.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with company objectives.
  • Use CRM tools to track client information and progress.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure deadlines are met for client projects.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and use insights to enhance marketing and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at events, conferences, and client meetings across the UK and Europe.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Background in life sciences, with knowledge of product development and regulatory processes.
  • Capability to build and maintain strategic client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and proactive with strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the UK and Europe.
