Hobson Prior is seeking an Expert Brand and Customer Manager to join a pharmaceutical organization on a contract basis in Brussels. In this role, you will focus on creating and adapting brand strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective customer engagement through innovative marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop brand plans based on local market insights while aligning with global and regional strategies.
• Adjust strategies as needed based on customer feedback, market research, and promotional performance.
• Act as the go-to expert for the assigned product, including its competitors and market trends.
• Deliver impactful marketing campaigns and materials to achieve business goals.
• Use digital tools effectively to enhance customer engagement while balancing traditional methods.
• Share successful practices across teams and regions to drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the sales team to align on strategies, gather insights, and address customer needs.
• Lead discussions with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on plans and activities.
• Manage the budget for assigned products or indications.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A university degree in Life Sciences or a related healthcare field.
• Experience in the healthcare industry, with a background in marketing or project management preferred.
• Knowledge or experience in oncology is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within teams and across departments.
• A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in Dutch and/or French.
