Hobson Prior is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Director of Supply Chain Quality to join our esteemed client's team. This contract role focuses on ensuring quality management across brand supply chains within the biotech industry. You will be pivotal in supporting the Global Supply Chain and External Sourcing & Manufacturing organizations, overseeing quality activities and leading issue management teams.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the key Quality Contact for the customer organization.
• Ensure communication and issue resolution align with established Quality Assurance Agreements.
• Provide end-to-end oversight for product supply chains.
• Lead quality management of assigned brand supply chains.
• Support Quality Directors during issue management.
• Take the lead in Issue Management Teams (IMTs).

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical operations or Quality Assurance.
• Strong knowledge of cGMPs, Quality Systems, and pharmaceutical supply chain standards.
• Leadership capability and interpersonal skills for managing Brand Supply Chains.
• Problem-solving and negotiating/influencing skills.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and managing improvement initiatives.
