Hobson Prior is currently seeking a Senior Budgets and Proposals Manager for a biometrics CRO. The selected candidate will be pivotal in crafting client budgets and proposals, fostering connections with current and potential clients, and executing targeted projects to synchronize the Contracts & Proposals department with the organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the operational team to create client budgets and proposals, ensuring they are delivered promptly and in accordance with the bid strategy.
• Aid in managing communication with current and potential clients regarding proposals, contracts, and any necessary amendments.
• Streamline responses to various requests such as information inquiries, pre-qualification questionnaires, tender invitations, and proposals.
• Assist the operational team in refining and enhancing budget and proposal templates and tools.
• Engage in the execution of specific projects, procedures, and guidelines to enhance alignment between the Contracts & Proposals department and the organization's strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Have extensive experience in proposal development.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
