Hobson Prior is seeking a Consumer Executive to join a dynamic team in The Netherlands. In this role, you will engage with adult consumers, providing tailored advice and information about products within the tobacco channel. You'll focus on delivering excellent customer experiences, answering questions, and maintaining accurate records. This is an active position requiring a proactive approach, regular training, and collaboration with colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advice and information to adult consumers about products.
• Answer questions and offer clear explanations.
• Ensure a personalized and customer-focused approach.
• Maintain accurate records and administration.
• Stay updated through regular training and meetings.
• Build strong relationships with staff and sales partners.
• Work towards sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Enjoy working with sales goals and targets.
• Passion for helping and advising customers.
• Strong communication skills; fluent in Dutch and basic English (A2-B1 level).
• Valid category B driving license.
• Availability for at least two Saturdays per month (preferably four).
• Professional appearance and trustworthy demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Honest and respectful attitude toward others.
