Hobson Prior is seeking a Consumer Engagement Specialist to join a dynamic team in The Netherlands. In this role, you will work directly with customers in tobacco shops, helping them transition from traditional cigarettes to innovative smokeless products. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people and are motivated by commercial sales opportunities. Full training is provided, making it accessible to candidates from hospitality or retail backgrounds.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

• Visit approximately 68 stores per week within your assigned region.
• Assist customers in switching from traditional cigarettes to smokeless products.
• Build strong relationships with store staff and customers.
• Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work at least two Saturdays per month, with the option to work additional Saturdays for extra pay.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Must speak Dutch fluently.
• A valid driving license is required (a company car is provided for private use).
• Energetic, outgoing, and motivated individuals who enjoy interacting with customers.
• Open to candidates from hospitality or retail backgrounds; sales experience is not required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Students are not eligible for this role.
