Role Purpose
To act as an experienced sales consultant in the specified functional area for client organisations throughout your specified territory with the objective of placing candidates within such client organisations in line with the placement and revenue targets confirmed from time-to-time, meeting the Company’s Minimum Acceptable Standards (MAS) at all times, and operating in accordance with all internal procedural requirements.

Core Hours
The Company operates a Core Hour system between 10.00 – 12.00 and 14.00 and 16.00 to ensure that all Consulting staff members maximise their daily activities.
Outside of Core Hours, all Consulting staff should focus their time on the other Job Activity areas.
Minimum Acceptable Standards (MAS)
MAS are the minimum measurable performance standards expected by the Company for all consulting staff.
MAS are distinct from revenue and placement targets and key accountabilities detailed in individual job descriptions, delivery against all of which is an ongoing expectation of all employees.
Consistent achievement of MAS is considered to be essential to the achievement of revenue and placement targets:
- Candidate Development: a minimum of two (2) newly headhunted or networked candidates to be registered per week
- Defined Vacancies: a minimum of two (2) Defined Vacancies to be registered per week, with a Defined Process Email (DPE) sent to the client, (excluding roles that do not require a DPE) and a minimum of two (2) qualified CVs sent to each DPE, including relevant submission authorisation and/or opt out email, on the same working day of the Defined Vacancy being registered.
