Hobson Prior is seeking an MSAT Associate Scientist to join a biotechnology organization in London. This role involves supporting laboratory operations, conducting experiments, and ensuring smooth workflows. It's an excellent opportunity for individuals with a science background who are eager to grow in the field of gene therapy and medical science. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Keep lab equipment clean, calibrated, and well-stocked.
• Prepare solutions and reagents for experiments.
• Perform scientific tests such as qPCR, dPCR, ELISA, HPLC, and cell culture.
• Record and report data accurately using electronic lab notebooks and Excel.
• Work with senior scientists to plan and document experiments.
• Suggest ways to improve lab efficiency and processes.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized lab environment.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A background in science (GCSE, A-Level, or equivalent).
• Interest in gene therapy, robotics, or medical science.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous lab experience is helpful but not required.
