Hobson Prior are looking for a Project Manager to join a brilliant CRO on a permanent basis located in London. Our client is focused on offering an extensive array of IT and consulting amenities worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• For the position of Project Manager, you will be accountable for participating in project management expertise in the sales phase.
• In this role, you will instigate projects by classifying and assembling the project team.
• Implementing and handling project deliveries and resources rendering to the customer contract corresponding to arranged methodology (e.g., agile).
• You will operate project according to the company's internal business case for customer contract.
• Outline and deal with hazards and problems.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for guaranteeing a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Possess the drive to contribute to motivating and developing the project participants.
• Customer-oriented with a passion for grasping the customer's value chain to provide to customer gratification.
• Relate well to people and work well independently with self-motivation while also securing project results through personal leadership.

Requirements:

• Some knowledge about Clinical Development processes or previous experience from projects on related IT systems, particularly for: Clinical Data Management; Electronic Data Capture; Data Cleaning; Clinical Operations; Study Start-up; eTMF; Clinical Trial Management; Or secondarily: Biostatistics, Clinical Data Warehousing.
• Educated to a Master's degree level in an appropriate field.
• At least 5+ years of project management (possibly with PMP/Prince2 certification) or business consultant lead experience within business or IT Execution projects.
• Prior experience with distributing to pharma and/or life science customers, ideally delivering conferring to GxP requirements.
• Agile (SAFe/scrum) experience and/or qualifications (as Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Product Owner, or simply Agile lead).
• Former experience with IT Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) (via agile or waterfall) The Business Transformation and Implementation projects we are included in most often contain numerous of the following elements: Process workshops defining to-be Processes via Use cases / User stories; Facilitating and provide content for configuration workshops (configuration often done by cloud vendor) based on the Use cases / User stories; Data Migration Interface/Integration development (SAP PO, MuleSoft, Del Boomi); Validation; OCM/Training.
• Fluency in the English language.
