Product Support - Information Solutions

Hobson Prior are currently seeking for a Product Support - Information Solutions to join a fantastic biotech organisation on a contract basis. Our client is focused on Providing various novel solutions for multiple illnesses.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this position, you will provide remote customer assistance for the company's customers of point-of-care products within labs, hospitals and general healthcare environments, for example: GPs.
• Guarantee suitable quality documentation, in the company's customer relationship management system, for constant customer experience and stay within the company's compliance.
• Occasionally assist sales organisations on their enquiries about the technical features of the company's products and customer relationship management.
• Responsible for constant improvement, growth mindset and seeking ways to improve the company's service delivery.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Fluency in the English language with knowledge in a Nordic language such as Danish.
• Educated to a degree level in a biomedical science or a corresponding scientific field with various years of experience within a diagnostics organisation or hospital setting, preferably within point-of-care and/or biochemistry.
• Willing to travel for business needs to the office in Burgess Hill.
