Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Product Specialist to join a fantastic pharmaceutical organisation on a contract basis with the ability to work remotely within the UK. Our client is focused on changing the lives of many.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this position, you will assist sales organisations occasionally with their enquiries about the technical aspects of the company's products and customer relationship management.
• Responsible for constant improvement growth mindset and seeking ways to improve the company's service delivery.
• Work within a fast-paced, multi-cultural team with shifting priorities and various deadlines from the business and customers.
• Assist the customers of point-of-care products within labs, hospitals, and general healthcare environments such as GPs.
• Accountable for products such as AccuChek Inform II, CoaguChek Pro II, cobas Pulse and LIAT platforms, but all POC products are in scope, such as our b 101 system, except for blood gas.
• Guarantee suitable quality documentation within the customer relationship management system, for constant customer experience and staying within compliance.
• Any other assigned duties.

Key Skills:

• A motivated individual who can take the initiative and assume ownership and pride in work.
• Works well under minimal supervision.
• Capable of handling own workload and manage own time efficiently.

Requirements:

• Fluency in the English and a Nordic language such as Danish.
• Works well in a team in a remote setting.
• Educated to a degree level in a biomedical science or similar field with various years of experience working in a diagnostics or hospital setting, preferable within point-of-care and/or biochemistry.
• Willing to travel for business needs to the head office in Burgess Hill.
