MSAT Project Manager

Hobson Prior are currently looking for a MSAT Project Manager to join a brilliant biotech corporation on a permanent basis located in London. Our client is focused on generating remedies that have the possibility of curing people who suffer from serious illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will guarantee that an GMP report such as problems, CAPAs, change controls, BMRs & inspection activities in own area of duties are close in a timely and RFT manner.
• Handle communications between third party testing and development labs for MSAT programs.
• Anticipate and recognise prospects/hazards to the MSAT pipeline and resource consumption.
• You will sustain project dashboards per therapeutic product.
• Responsible for handling the deadlines and organising from pre-clinical research programmed into MSAT using standardised methods from the receiving as well as the sending unit.
• Guarantee that own training and that of the team is assumed before the task needs completing in a timely and GMP compliant fashion.
• Uphold arrangement of current and new programs with cross functional teams.
• Accountable for warranting that own work and that of the teams conforms with GMP, Data veracity, and good documentation practice (GDP) is achieved rendering to suitable processes.

• A highly motivated individual who has cost awareness as well as a professional approach towards tasks.
• Communication skills both verbally and written
• An organised individual who is able to prioritise workload and manage time effectively.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a biological field or similar with 2 years of experience in an academic/biotech organisation; or educated to an advanced degree level in a biological field or similar.
• Certified in project management qualifications such as in PRINCE2/AgilePM/PMP/SCRUM which would be beneficial but not necessary for the role.
• Familiarity with project Gantt software as well as with AAV manufacturing and analytical workflows.
• Exhibited an obligation to consistently improving at an individual, division and business level.
• Prior involvement in experimental design with a comprehension of process validation.
