Hobson Prior is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for a contract role in Leiden. This position focuses on developing and managing processes for CAR-T drug products, ensuring they are stable, compliant, and ready for commercial use. You will be involved in various stages of product development, from early clinical phases to market readiness.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve processes for CAR-T drug products, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Conduct studies to ensure the stability and safety of drug products.
• Ensure packaging systems are effective and meet regulatory standards.
• Lead studies to identify and mitigate potential risks in product safety.
• Provide guidance during the transfer of manufacturing processes globally.
• Prepare and review important documents related to processes and regulations.
• Work with different teams to ensure successful product commercialization.
• Support regulatory submissions and address any technical questions.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Advanced degree in life sciences, biotechnology, or engineering.
• Experience in cell and gene therapy processes and drug product development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with data management and process control tools is beneficial.
• Proactive and adaptable with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
