Hobson Prior is seeking a dedicated Hematology Clinical Account Manager. This role focuses on representing our products and services to a defined customer base, generating and growing sales, and consistently achieving sales goals within a specific geographic area. The successful candidate will actively promote the appropriate use of our products to healthcare professionals in accordance with all Corporate, PhRMA, and OIG guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Representing our products and services to a defined customer base.
• Generating and growing sales within a specific geographic area.
• Actively promoting the appropriate use of our products to healthcare professionals.
• Developing and implementing a territory business plan to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals.
• Conducting weekly analysis of territory sales data to help prioritize physician targeting and ensure accurate reporting of physicians.
• Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our products and competitor products in their therapeutic area, and an in-depth knowledge of the disease states.

Requirements

• Experience in dedicated hospital selling within the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry.
• Familiarity with single source pharmacies, reimbursement programs, managed care, and formulary.
• Hematology experience with a demonstrated history of high sales performance within the Arkansas territory.
• Prior work experience within the Arkansas territory.
