Hobson Prior are seeking for a Business Support Coordinator to join a fantastic pharmaceutical organisation on a contract basis. Our client is focused on offering patients globally the necessary treatments that they require.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
Key Responsibilities:
- For this role, you will be responsible for calendar management as well as travel.
- Offer project assistance.
- Accountable for setting up and handling documents and resources in MS365.
- Produce purchase orders.
- Any other assigned duties.
Requirements:
- Interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Able to manage the diary.
- Competence in MS365.
