Process and Cleaning Validation Scientist

Hobson Prior are looking for a Process and Cleaning Validation Scientist to join a biopharmaceutical organisation on a contract basis located in Lengnau. Our client is focused on saving and improving the lives of many.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organise the execution of Cleaning Validation (CV) and Process Validation task (PV), ensuring with Quality Control and manufacturing ensuring a smooth execution of validation runs and sampling.
• Support Process Validation (PV) and Cleaning Validation (CV) team with protocol/report writing.
• Drive investigation of validation failure and ensure appropriate documentation (process deviation management with investigations).
• Ensures discipline to adhere to safety policies, safety rules, practices and behaviours as instructed/rolled out by the safety function (EHSS) and endorsed by the site management.
• Drive activities to ensure LGN program is executed on time.
• Efficient time and task management and ability to adapt to situations and new priorities is a must.
• Pro-activity, deal with ambiguity and problem solving are key capabilities.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• A degree (either a Bachelors or s Masters) in Life Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, etc.) or an Engineering discipline that's is a M.Sc. or B.Sc. or equivalent.
• Must be fluent in English, with a proficiency in German if possible.
• At least 3 years of Experience and knowledge/know-how in Process Validation, Cleaning Validation in Pharma / Biotech companies.
• Proven experience in a cGMP & GxP environment.
• Knowledge of cGMP including current knowledge of industry guidance documents and standards focusing on process validation and cleaning validation.
• Must be able to be present on site when required.
