  • Build Something New: Lead the design and setup of a state-of-the-art inhalation laboratory, shaping infrastructure, processes, and team culture from the ground up.
  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with international partners in the US and India to drive technical transfer programs and regulatory excellence.
  • Strategic Influence: Play a key role in expanding site capabilities, streamlining operations, and mentoring future leaders in quality and analytical development.
  • Leadership Visibility: Report directly to senior quality leadership and contribute to regulatory strategy, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Oversee the setup and operational excellence of a pharmaceutical chemistry lab, including testing processes and infrastructure.
  • Manage method and specification change controls, technical transfers, and contract lab testing.
  • Collaborate with regulatory teams and authorities to ensure compliance with FDA, HPRA, and global standards.
  • Lead internal audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop KPIs and streamline processes to enhance efficiency, resource use, and budget alignment.
  • Support cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic site expansion and future readiness.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry.
  • Proven working years of experience in a pharmaceutical chemistry lab, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory environments and lab operations, especially FDA/HPRA expectations.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Proven ability to manage audits, training programs, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Eligible to work in Ireland.
