MSAT USP Team Leader

Hobson Prior is collaborating with a large manufacturing organisation who are seeking an MSAT USP Team Leader for an on-site role in South Korea. This position focuses on leading upstream processing (USP) teams for tech transfer projects. You will provide essential technical support to operations and ensure compliance with all applicable GMP, SHE, and other regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead USP teams for tech transfer projects.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SHE, and other regulatory requirements.
• Represent MSAT within multiple customer product project teams.
• Successfully transfer both defined and complex process stages into upstream operations from development through to GMP manufacturing.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in FDA-related manufacturing facilities, process development, or technology transfer.
• Proven experience leading tech transfer projects.
• Demonstrable experience in cross-functional project management and technical transfer activities.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and make effective decisions.
• Background or experience in mammalian cell culture.
• English/Korean bilingual skills are a plus.
