Hobson Prior is seeking a dynamic and creative Internal Communications Lead. This role will focus on supporting the delivery of bi-annual conferences, regular speaker meetings, and panel sessions. The successful candidate will also lead and develop the work of the internal network of Site Communicators, and work closely with the External Affairs team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of bi-annual conferences for affiliate staff, providing advice and counsel on focus and execution based on a deep understanding of the business drivers.
• Support the delivery of regular speaker meetings and panel sessions featuring unique and relevant external stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the work of the internal network of Site Communicators, defining best practice for implementation at a site level.
• Work as a key member of the External Affairs team, sharing best practice and regular updates, and identifying areas of work to leverage for internal communications.

Requirements

• Professional experience in communications, content creation, marketing, public relations, internal communications, or employee engagement roles.
• Ability to communicate clearly - both written and verbal - with a wide range of audiences in an engaging manner.
• Ability to design and deliver internal communications content in a simple and engaging way, aligning internal stakeholders around key activities.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Excellent writing skills (English).
