Hobson Prior is seeking a Strategic Insights Lead to join a dynamic team in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical field. In this role, you will drive strategic decision-making by generating actionable insights that enhance brand performance, customer engagement, and portfolio prioritization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven strategies are implemented effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse brand and portfolio performance to identify risks, opportunities, and growth areas.
• Translate performance data into clear strategies that influence commercial planning.
• Evaluate customer engagement metrics to improve campaigns and customer experiences.
• Develop tools for tracking performance and aligning team efforts.
• Shape go-to-market strategies and prioritize resources for maximum impact.
• Create evidence-based forecasts to support strategic decisions.
• Identify key business questions and address data gaps to drive measurable outcomes.
• Provide executive-ready reports and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of data literacy and innovation within the organization.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Project management skills, including planning and coordination.
• Knowledge of NHS structures and industry trends.
• Strategic thinking and ability to handle ambiguity.
• Familiarity with tools like Veeva CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Veeva PromoMats.
• Understanding of market research techniques and digital tracking tools (e.g., Hotjar, Google Analytics).
• Knowledge of backend analytics infrastructure and visualization tools (e.g., Spotfire, Power BI).
