Hobson Prior is seeking a motivated and strategic professional to join our client as Director of Value & Access. In this role, you will help shape strategies, lead client projects, and create impactful tools that demonstrate the value of pharmaceutical products to payers and decision-makers. You'll combine analytical skills with storytelling to translate complex data into actionable insights. This position offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects while mentoring others and contributing directly to deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Develop tools and materials that communicate the value of therapies to healthcare payers.
• Analyze clinical, economic, and real-world data to identify key insights.
• Simplify complex information into clear, actionable strategies for clients.
• Advise pharmaceutical and biotech companies on market access strategies.
• Manage project teams to ensure high-quality, timely, and budget-conscious deliverables.
• Actively contribute to day-to-day project tasks and outputs.
• Support and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and expertise.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A degree in a relevant field (advanced degrees such as PharmD, MPH, MS, or MBA are a plus).
• Experience in pharmaceutical market access or value communications.
• Proven ability to create impactful materials for payer audiences.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to influence decision-makers.
• Ability to manage teams and deliver complex projects effectively.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills tailored to healthcare audiences.

Compensation:

• $180,000 to $250,000 per annum.
