HR Manager (hybrid)

Hobson Prior are seeking for a HR Manager to join a fantastic clinical research organisation on a permanent basis located in Chelsea with hybrid working available. Our client is focused on supplying ground-breaking developments in discovering, avoiding and treating those suffering from thrombosis.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will guide the performance and development evaluation cycle procedure and assist with learning and development projects when needed.
• You will design, produce, and update any pertinent internal policies, procedures and documentation.
• Uphold know-how of employment legislation and HR best technique, proposing and executing alterations when necessary.
• Train, advice and collaborate with all personnel and line managers, supplying assistance across the whole spectrum of generalist HR actions.
• The ideal candidate will evolve and handle employee lifecycle people operations procedures from onboarding to offboarding, which involves the administration.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Past involvement in a HR/People generalist role within the UK, ideally in a biotech or life science organisation.
• Familiarity with operating within a start-up or SME establishment.
• A practical mindset to handle and distribute daily admin as well as project work.
• Able to work within a fast-paced multi-geological setting.
