Freelance CTA (hybrid)

Hobson Prior are looking for a Freelance CTA to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a contract basis located in Brussels. Our client is focused on saving and improving the lives of many.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will follow-up/check final responsibility of IMP and return or destruction where suitable.
• Evaluate study budgets/clinical trial agreements for stability with study protocol.
• The ideal candidate will assemble, and track availability of all necessary documentation needed for study performance.
• Offer professional presentation of study resources for investigator/vendor or country operations meetings.
• Communicate with sites and in-house divisions to guarantee suitable regulatory follow-up.
• You will update clinical and study planning databases.
• Manage clinical trial payments and payment tracking.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a medical or paramedical field or pertinent work experience within a clinical research field.
• Computer literacy.
• Comprehension of SAP COMET, Grants Management System and eTMF (VAULT).
• Fluency in the English language with knowledge in the local languages.
• Comprehension and expertise of study protocols and study working documents, lab manuals, etc.
• Comprehension of the clinical research procedures.
• Comprehension of the ICH/GCP and local clinical trial guidelines.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
