Hobson Prior is seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator to support the clinical operations team in managing and overseeing clinical trials. You will play a key role in organizing trial documents, coordinating supplies, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the trial process. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Help manage clinical trials from start to finish.
• Organize and review trial-related documents and site files.
• Handle the preparation and distribution of study materials.
• Manage the delivery and tracking of non-clinical supplies.
• Finalize and execute site contracts and insurance certificates.
• Maintain trial information in the management system.
• Ensure proper filing and archiving of electronic documents.
• Assist with reviewing procedures and organizing meetings.
• Support the team with contracts, agreements, and invoices.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in clinical research is beneficial.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Problem-solving skills and teamwork capability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
