Role Purpose

The purpose of the Contract Payroll Administrator to work with the Contract Payroll Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of all payrolls for the Life Science brands within ICS.  Specifically, the Contract Payroll Administrator is responsible for PAYE processing, timesheet and invoice management as well as supporting contractors while on Assignment, ensuring compliance requirements are met and all associated contract management administration.

Key Accountabilities

• Process the PAYE payments for the interim workers of multiple brands within the ICS Life science division
• Working across multiple currencies including USD, GBP, EUR, CHF and SEK
• Provide contract support including all timesheet and invoice management
• Provide clients and contractors with excellent customer service
• Support the Contract and Global Contract Compliance in ensuring compliance requirements are being met

Role specific Competencies

• The successful applicant will have a good working knowledge of PAYE, proficiency in MS excel with a high attention to detail. You must have excellent communication and be focused on customer service. It would be advantageous to have knowledge of IR35 and AWR although this is not essential.
• Additionally, any previous experience using Bullhorn (CRM) or InTime/Great Plains (pay/bill & contract management system) would be useful.
