Hobson Prior is seeking a dedicated individual to lead the US Supply Chain operations. You will focus on purchasing, logistics, and ensuring efficient and cost-effective processes. This role requires strategic planning and collaboration with various teams to support product launch and ongoing operations.

Responsibilities:

Set up and manage supply chain operations, focusing on efficiency and cost-saving strategies.
Select and oversee logistics partners, ensuring smooth warehouse operations and product movement.
Implement order processes in collaboration with finance and market access teams.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and align sales forecasts with supply plans.
Design and implement processes for product launch and ongoing operations.
Manage supply risks and support ERP system implementation.
Coordinate packaging and labeling operations.
Support early access programs and other supply chain initiatives.
Identify and implement improvements within the supply chain.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
Experience in supply chain roles within regulated environments.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Analytical skills for inventory and financial analysis.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and lead cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of ERP systems and global pharmaceutical regulations.
Strategic thinking with a focus on execution and results.
