Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the development of multiple complex generic parenteral particulate systems products in line with the business priorities.
• Together with a team of scientific specialists you ensure robust product development while complying with the regulatory requirements.
• By actively interacting with cross functional teams- IP, RA, SCM, Project Management, the Science Board and manufacturing teams in India successful scale up, filing, launch is assured.
• The Tech Lead has a willingness to experiment with different solutions and is able to resolve problems with good decision-making skills.
• With the awareness that the success of product development is dependent on the success of the team, you build effective working relations.
• To continuously improve the team, you are highly involved in the hiring, onboarding and development of team members.
• With your performance orientation and mentoring skills, you will enhance the scientific and technical knowledge of the team.

Requirements:

• MS/PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Chemical Engineering.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in parenteral development and people management.
