Hobson Prior is seeking a Senior Process Expert Visual Inspection to join a dynamic team in Switzerland. In this role, you will focus on ensuring the quality and efficiency of visual inspection processes for new products while driving improvements and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead visual inspection activities for new product launches.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and manage necessary changes.
• Create and implement training programs for new products and campaigns.
• Work closely with other teams to assess risks and improve processes.
• Track trends and ensure all quality standards are consistently met.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Educational background in biochemistry, biotechnology, pharmacy, or a related field.
• Experience in quality control, quality assurance, project management, or manufacturing support is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
