Hobson Prior is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to supply the team with technical support for tech systems used in the pharmaceutical manufacturing process. This role focuses on identifying, troubleshooting and rectifying system issues efficiently. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address ERP-related needs and challenges, ensuring optimal system performance and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for SAP and other GMP systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address ERP-related needs.
• Represent users during system maintenance, updates, and patches.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of ERP systems.
• Offer ongoing support and guidance to users to maximize ERP system benefits.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in SAP or GMP systems are advantageous.
• Experience in technical support or system administration, focusing on SAP and GMP systems within a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP modules (e.g., MM, PP, QM, WM, PM).
