Support Specialist (Hyrbrid)

Hobson Prior is seeking a Support Specialist for a contract position based in Basel. This role is within the Tech Ops function, focusing on Quality Control. The successful candidate will be the primary contact for all ASPIRE related activities, coordinating and managing all related tasks. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of both on-site and remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for all ASPIRE related activities
• Attend meetings and workshops related to ASPIRE
• Coordinate and manage all activities related to ASPIRE, including preparation, review, and adjustments of data migrations
• Prepare and conduct trainings on new systems
• Review and update SOPs, supporting documents, and procedures with the help of subject matter experts
• Evaluate the impact of the ASPIRE transformation on local and global working and compliance processes and associated documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in chemistry, biology, or pharmaceutical sciences.
• Operational experience in a GMP environment within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to identify potential deficiencies, propose solutions, and effectively interpret and apply regulatory requirements.
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
• Ability to collaborate efficiently with interdisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and standard Google applications.
• Fluency in German, with good verbal and written communication skills in English.
