Site Manager - Polish (hybrid)

Hobson Prior are looking for a Site Manager - Polish to join fantastic CRO on a permanent basis located in London with hybrid working available. Our client is focused on performing scientific, clinical and outcomes research.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will be accountable for evaluation and gathering site trial connected documentation, such as site contracts, consent documents, letters of agreement, confidentiality agreements, etc.
• Daily operational assistance to Lead Ops, CPMs, CRAs for well-defined tasks during study.
• You will gather, arrange and uphold necessary documents for the investigator site files and the trial master file.
• Consistent relationship management of sites in the company's network not contributing to studies.
• Assist with CRA and project team with health authority/IRB proposals and guarantee approvals are tracked.
• Perform remote supervising and site visits, examining protocol and regulatory compliance, and reporting perform using applicable documentation.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a CTA role or similar.
• Educated to a degree level in a life science or any other pertinent degree.
• Comprehension of cardiovascular illnesses and treatments.
• Expertise on observational clinical trials.
• Fluency in the English and Polish language.
