Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Senior TMF Specialist to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis located in Lausanne. Our client is focused on improving patient outcomes and quality of life through their oncology and infectious illnesses research.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this position, you will be accountable for assisting the clinical trial teams in managing and monitoring the trial master file from set-up through to final archival of the clinical trial.
• Assist with preparing documentation necessary for regulatory inspections and internal audits.
• Guarantee compliance with SOPs and the TMF plans.
• Support the clinical trial teams on oversight of the compliance of the TMF.
• Any other assigned duties.

Key Skills:

• An organised individual.
• Computer literacy.
• Able to prioritise and handle day-to-day tasks.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a scientific or healthcare field.
• Demonstrable experience within a pharmaceutical organisation, ideally within clinical trial.
• Expertise on GCP.
• Familiarity with TMF documentation and system.
• Capable of managing and guiding others, which involves forming and preserving efficient working relations with teams both internally and externally.
