Hobson Prior is seeking a Site Engagement Director to lead efforts in improving clinical trial experiences for patients and research sites. In this role, you will develop strategies to enhance trial accessibility, improve participant retention, and support site performance. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure trials are designed with empathy, insight, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Track and report on how well patient and site engagement strategies are working.
• Create systems to measure the success of these strategies in clinical trials.
• Lead and support a team of specialists, helping them grow professionally.
• Share and implement best practices for engaging with trial sites and participants.
• Suggest new ideas and improvements to current processes.
• Work with planning teams to include patient and site feedback early in the trial design process.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Passion for improving the experience of patients and research sites in clinical trials.
• Strong understanding of challenges faced by trial participants and site teams.
• Clear and persuasive communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of clinical development across different therapeutic areas.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Leadership experience in managing specialized teams or functions.
• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Word and Excel.

Compensation:

• $190,000 to $200,000 per annum.
