Hobson Prior are looking for a Senior Systems Manager to join on a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a contract basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the UK. Our client is focused on partaking in discovering solutions to some of the biggest challenges of our time.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will handle efforts to arrange and conduct administrative tasks for pertinent trial management owned tools as well as handle UAT and system validation actions on behalf of the business function.
• The ideal candidate will drive quality checks and housekeeping actions on key tools.
• Guide advanced troubleshooting on raised system concerns.
• You will train junior system managers.
• Guide multifaceted cross-functional initiative international project teams as allocated and offer knowledge into development of pertinent systems to facilitate effective study start-up and perform actions to maximise end user and/or external customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for developing system training and handling events when requested, as well as business rules and system policies/processes.
• Execute systems method, in cooperation with head of systems assistance.
• Work alongside the system specialist networks.
• You will analyse reporting options to enable operational plan compliance for study teams.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level with at least 8 years of pertinent work experience which involves at least 5 years of pertinent experience in clinical operations.
• Comprehension of international clinical operations procedures with the ability to translate these procedures into pertinent integrated IT solutions.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Familiarity with Veeva Clinical Vault would be ideal.
