Hobson Prior are working with a global Pharmaceutical company with a strong pipeline in various therapeutic areas who are seeking a Senior Statistician to join them on a contract basis. The perfect candidate is someone with experience in the design and delivery of Biostatistics projects in the Pharmaceutical industry, particularly within Oncology.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will be accountable to deliver statistical expertise to support the design and interpretation of clinical programs.
• Responsible to recognise opportunities for the application of modelling and simulation to improve study design.
• Responsible to recognise opportunities to improve the methodology and offer practical solutions for problems.

Requirements:

• MSc/PhD in Statistics or Mathematics(containing a substantial statistical component) with experience in pharma/healthcare or relevant industry.
• Knowledge of both the technical and regulatory requirements related to the role.
• Experience of clinical trial study design, and data analysis and interpretation.
