Hobson Prior is seeking a Senior Statistical Programmer to join a global team supporting oncology-focused projects. This role involves working on clinical trials in phases II-III, contributing to the design, development, and validation of datasets and statistical outputs. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the EDT or CDT time zones.
Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Design and specify datasets for clinical trials or integrate data from multiple studies.
- Create accurate and efficient analysis data models based on approved specifications.
- Independently validate datasets created by other team members.
- Develop and test SAS programming codes for statistical reports and ongoing data review.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced programmers.
- Contribute to improving programming processes and establishing standards for therapeutic areas or client-specific needs.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge in statistics or a related field.
- Proficiency in SAS programming and experience with SDTM and ADaM datasets.
- Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively within a team.
