Hobson Prior is seeking a Greek-speaking Senior Specialist for a Customer Service role in a pharmaceutical company. This role involves interacting with customers, processing orders, handling billing and account inquiries, and resolving customer issues. You will also be responsible for data analysis and preparation, problem-solving, and ensuring compliance with Global Distribution Practices.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax.
• Inform customers about product quality issues or recalls.
• Monitor all open orders/deliveries until completion.
• Handle exceptions, coordinate with stakeholders, and escalate when necessary.
• Understand customer qualification market specifics and provide support for the customer qualification process.
• Perform audit control report review and escalate any potential deficiency.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Fluent in Greek.
• Experience in customer service and logistics is beneficial.
• Ability to use SAP (SD module) and other Customer Service applications.
• Advanced knowledge and use of Office productivity tools.
• Ability to identify, analyse and solve problems, with limited guidance.
• Quantitative and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and plan long term activity schedule.
• Ability to cooperate with other teams both internally and with external parties.
• Ability to identify and drive areas for continuous improvement.
