Hobson Prior are looking for a Senior Director R&D and Quality Systems to join a leading biopharmaceutical organisation who are focused on developing and manufacturing first-class biosimilar medicines. This is a permanent position based in Zurich.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will support the VP, R&D Quality with facilitating key global cross-functional processes, with resolving urgent business issues across functions, and coordinating special projects.
• Propose pioneering, timely and cost-effective solutions; provide the necessary elements for decision making.
• Manage, execute and provide professional project management and high-quality execution of complex and strategic activities.
• Coordinate continuous quality process improvement, and operational excellence efforts and initiatives.
• Create quality roadmap for quality in R&D.
• Coordinate R&D Quality Roadmap.
• Develop and Coordinate R&D Quality metrics.
• Develop R&D Quality Management governance and reporting).
• Represent on R&D Quality in R&D committees and oversees R&D Quality interface management and representation in committees.
• Partner in the cross functional development of the Quality Plan for Combination Products/Medical Devices, ensuring integrated business processes between R&D Quality, Commercial Quality, Pharmacovigilance and Device technology groups.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master life science etc
• Minimum of 10 years in pharmaceuticals/Biopharmaceuticals, 7 years working in R&D and Quality.
