Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Senior/CPM to join a fantastic CRO on a permanent basis located in Guildford. Our client is focused on delivering medicines that our world can trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, reviewing and editing of project plans to guarantee consistency with project goals.
• Develop review and edit of relevant SOPs to assure consistency with Regulatory standards and develop study related training programs to support this.
• Ensure the projects are delivered on time, within budget, and agreed scope, maintaining the appropriate industry, sponsor and the company's quality standards.
• You will liaise with project team members, provide training where needed and ensure correct allocation to tasks.
• Organisation and facilitation of project meetings related to study activities (study organization, initiation, execution, closure).
• Point of contact with Sponsor and the company's Senior Management on project status.
• Represent the company at external meetings, providing liaison with scientific/medical experts in other CRO/Sponsor companies and for committee meetings, (e.g.EC/IRB).
• Contribute to bid defence activities.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in a science related discipline.
• Is ideal for the candidate to have knowledge on these disciplines: neuroscience, oncology, rare disease trials or complicated studies.
• The ideal candidate will require the capability of handling international clinical trials in a CRO atmosphere.
• Experience in selecting and overseeing external service providers.
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication and numeracy skills.
